These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bit baji platform and its users. By using the bit baji website (bitbaji.cam) and all associated services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please refrain from using any of the services.

1.1 Key Definitions

The meanings of some important terms used in this document are clarified below:

• "Platform" — The combined bit baji website, mobile application, and all digital services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who registers on the bit baji platform and uses its services.
• "Account" — The personal user profile created through registration on bit baji.
• "Balance" — The amount of funds deposited in a user's account.
• "Bonus" — Additional credits granted by bit baji, applicable under specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition specifying how many times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

Creating a valid account is mandatory to use services on bit baji. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. If you register with false or incomplete information, your account may be closed at any time.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts exist under the same person's name, all of them will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's responsibility. Allowing anyone else to access the account is prohibited.
• An account may never be transferred or sold to a third party.
• bit baji reserves the right to reject any registration request.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bit baji follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process to ensure account security and the legitimacy of transactions. At the time of withdrawal or when a certain amount is exceeded, any one of the following documents may be requested:

• A scanned copy of a National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of a mobile banking account.
• A recent bank statement or utility bill.

To create an account and use services on the bit baji platform, a user must be at least 21 years of age. bit baji may request documents to verify age at the time of registration or at any stage thereafter.

3.1 Eligible User Criteria

• Age 21 or above.
• Mentally sound and using the service voluntarily.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction where online betting is completely prohibited.
• Not a previously banned or blocked user by bit baji.

Specific limits and methods apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on bit baji. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for all methods).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Deposits must be sent only from a payment method registered in your own name. Funds sent through a third party will not be accepted.
• After a successful transaction, funds are generally added to the account promptly. If there is any issue, contact support immediately.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• The withdrawal method must be the same method used for the most recent deposit.

bit baji offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount, meaning ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is never direct cash — it only becomes withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
• A new bonus cannot be accepted while another bonus is active.
• Bonus abuse (such as claiming from multiple accounts or using guaranteed-win strategies) is subject to penalties.
• bit baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonuses may only be used in designated game categories — the specific terms for each bonus are communicated separately.

5.3 Other Promotions

bit baji's weekly, monthly, and special occasion bonuses may only be claimed within the specified period for that bonus. Claims on expired bonuses will not be accepted. The detailed terms for each promotion are published on the promotions page.

The following rules must be strictly followed when participating in sports betting and casino games on bit baji.

6.1 Sports Betting

• bit baji's decision is final in determining the outcome of bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• During in-play betting, market odds may change rapidly — the odds confirmed at the time of placing the bet apply.
• Bets placed at clearly erroneous prices (pricing errors) may be voided.
• Cricket — Betting is available on all international and domestic matches including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup.

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

• The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If an internet connection is lost during a game, the data stored on bit baji's server will be treated as final.
• If an abnormal win occurs due to a software error, that payout may be voided.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Using bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources.

bit baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC document verification.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information.
• At the user's own request (voluntary break).

7.2 Balance of Closed Accounts

The balance of an account closed due to rule violations will be handled in light of an investigation. Funds from legitimate sources (excluding bonuses) may be returned once verification is complete. However, bonus funds and winnings obtained through prohibited activities will be forfeited.

8.1 Setting Self-Limits

Users can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, and session time. These limits can be set through support.

8.2 Temporary Break and Permanent Exclusion

If someone feels their gaming habit is going out of control, they can contact support to take a temporary break (48 hours to 6 months) or a permanent Self-Exclusion. Once a permanent exclusion is in place, re-registration will not be accepted.

bit baji takes all reasonable steps to provide uninterrupted service. However, bit baji will not be liable in the following situations:

• Service disruption due to internet disconnection or technical faults.
• Loss resulting from a user's own negligence or unauthorised use of their account.
• Faults in third-party software or services.
• Unexpected natural disasters or other unforeseeable circumstances.
• Financial loss arising from a user's betting decisions.

bit baji reserves the right to change these terms at any time. A notice will be published on the platform before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
